Operation Round Up - How It Works

 

 

Operation Round Up®

Operation Round Up® is a program that does just what the name implies. A member owner’s monthly electric bill will be rounded up.  For example, a monthly bill of $37.75 will automatically be rounded up to $38.00, with the additional 25 cents going to the Operation Round Up® fund. 

These pennies will fund the Cooke County Electric Charitable Foundation, whose mission is to accumulate and disburse funds for charitable purposes to benefit the population in the service area of Cooke County Electric Cooperative Association.

This shall be accomplished by disbursement of funds to individuals and organizations for public safety, health needs, self-sufficiency, basic human needs, and the cultural environment.

Member owners may “opt out” using one of the following methods:

-Complete the online “opt out” form

-Call our office at 940-759-2211 or 1-800-962-0296

-Send an e-mail to and place “Operation Round Up® in the subject line. In the e-mail please provide the member owner’s full name, address and account number.
